Shop with Confidence
We're doing all we can to ensure you have a stress-free shopping experience with us. By researching our products online, receiving a remote sleep consultation, and scheduling an in-store appointment, you can reduce the amount of time physically spent inside our stores. Plus, when you visit, we follow 6-foot social distancing, and we now provide disposable mattress and pillow shields. You’ll see hand sanitizer stations at all entrances and payment areas.
The Highest Standards
We have significantly increased the frequency of our store cleanings. Sanitizing wipes are located near all workstations, registers, and counters so employees can continuously clean them. Between uses, associates will disinfect high-touch surfaces based on CDC guidelines. In addition, we'll conduct a daily cleaning of all in-store surfaces, including mattresses, registers, countertops, doors, and restrooms.
Committed to Safety
Our associates will limit their direct contact with customers, while increasing protective and hygienic routines throughout the day. All employees will receive instructions on hand-washing, limiting contact, and keeping safe distances. Associates are required to monitor their health before coming to work and stay at home when they don’t feel well.
We will be as careful about your home as we are about our store. You can choose to have our agents deliver to your front door or garage, or have the product brought carefully inside to your desired room. Our delivery partners have received instructions on delivering and removing products with appropriate attention to distancing, sanitizing, and overall safety procedures. At each delivery stop, we will wear disposable gloves and booties.
