Q: Can I get both $300 in free accessories and $300 off The Ergo Base?

A: You may choose one or the other. $300 Offers cannot be combined.

Q: I added promo code TEMPUR300 to my cart and my cart total did not change. Why not?

A: There could be two reasons that your cart total did not change.

1. You did not have accessories in your cart. You must first add the accessories you want to your cart, then add the promo code. When added, $300 in MSRP will deduct from your cart total.
2. You had a different $300 offer already in your cart, and $300 added-value promotional offers can not be combined. Please note some codes auto-apply based on cart contents.
